For years, I imagined creating a platform where leaders could have honest conversations about what shaped them. When it came time to bring that vision to life, there was no one I'd rather do it with than my daughter, Karina.
I've had the privilege of watching her grow into a leader, and together we've built a podcast that bridges generations, perspectives, and industries.
Growing up, I was taught that the greatest thing you can do with what you've learned is share it with others: aka pay it forward.
Getting to co-host Next in Line with my dad is a full-circle moment, bringing to life a vision he's had for years. Seeing where it's grown is surreal, and I truly believe we're only getting started.
